At Honor Modern, every piece is thoughtfully made to order in the United States. Because of this, our shipping timelines and return policies reflect the care and craftsmanship that go into each item.

Production Timeline

All Honor Modern goods are made to order.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for production prior to shipment.

Once your order is complete, it will ship within 7–10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Details

  • We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and ship via ground service.

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us through our online form to discuss availability and custom freight quotes.

Local Delivery

For customers located in Central Oregon (Bend, Tumalo, Sisters & Redmond), we offer local delivery.

If you are eligible for this option, we will coordinate directly with you after purchase to schedule delivery.

Returns

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery through our online contact form. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins and changes cannot be guaranteed.
